  So last night my fiance and I went to Pasquale's Restaurant and Bar
  for dinner. We had a not so pleasant experience and talking to management got us nothing but a half assed apology and a bunch of excuses. So I sent a message today hoping that someone with SOME customer service experience would just offer to make me happy by simply acknowledging my experience. I didn't ask for a thing. The day has gone by with ZERO response. So, my friends, they don't care when a customer has a valid complaint, is given piss poor customer service by management and attempts to take it to someone who might just say "I'm sorry, what can we do to make it right?" because that's what people who are good at customer service do. However, There you have it. Give your money to another local restaurant who maybe gives a hoot about you and your experience in their establishment. Because Pasquale's Restaurant and Bar does not.
